iubenda is a compliance platform run by iubenda S.r.l. of Milan, Italy, which states that it is subject to the direction and coordination of team.blue NV. Its privacy and cookie policy generator builds documents from a library of more than 2,400 clauses that it says are provided by its lawyers, and policies are available in 27 languages.
iubenda says that when laws change its legal team updates the clauses and that the documents and setup update automatically, a feature listed on all plans. The generator page lists UK GDPR, EU GDPR, the ePrivacy Directive, US privacy laws, Switzerland's FADP and Brazil's LGPD.
Plans are priced per site and by monthly pageviews. At the time of checking, Essentials was €4.99 a month billed yearly (€5.99 monthly) for 25,000 pageviews and a privacy and cookie policy in one language. Advanced, at €19.99 a month billed yearly, added terms and conditions, custom clauses and all languages. Ultimate was €79.99 a month billed yearly. Prices exclude VAT and US dollar prices are also shown. A free plan is offered, but its limits are not set out on the pricing page.
